Super Foods for Hormone Balance!
Hormone Balance seems to be the biggest topic among most of my clients. I try to get as much information on this topic to share to all my golfing girlfriends at Ladies Links. According to John Gray, PhD, the right foods, which he calls the Super foods, are almonds, goji berries, maca powder, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and molasses. It is really simple to incorporate these foods in your daily diet. For example; I have a gluten free pancake mix by simply organic, that I cook in coconut oil, YUMMY! Not to mention, popcorn cooked in coconut oil (Dr. Oz indorses that as well), I snack on almonds and goji berries mixed together in the afternoon. I love to eat my Chocamaca balls (little chocolate balls from Amazon Herbs), they also have them in the health food store. Make a batch of cookies (healthy recipe) with cocoa powder and sweeten with molasses.
